Ran into a problem with my AC turning on right at the beginning of this current heatwave, and unfortunately it ended up being a major furnace issue. Same day I called they came out, next day they installed a brand new furnace (literally within 26 hours of my initial call) after going through what was wrong and what it would take to fix. Aside from these guys being the most competitive on pricing, they’re also some of the most honest contractors I’ve ever met. No high pressure sales tactics, and they explain everything clearly for someone who doesn’t know anything about these types of issues. I could go on and on. Highly recommend. My 22 year central AC unit failed and as I called HVAC shops in my area, I found that shops were booked out for weeks. Northern Air Heating and Cooling was the only shop that could assess my unit the day I called. Nick was professional and honest about the issue and my options for proceeding. I chose to replace the unit and the price was very competitive and he came back three days later and performed the job. The installation was handled professionally and the new AC works great. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend this company and my experience was much better than when my water heater was replaced by one of the large HVAC companies that constantly advertises on local TV.

They are professional, courteous, and you can tell they care about doing a good job for their customers. Simply one of the best contractor service experiences I've ever had.
I have had them come to service our furnace & central air twice now. First was a problem with the fan in the furnace and then for a lack of cooling. Both services were stellar.
As we got through the latest heat wave and our central air wasn't working as expected. I called and they were here within hours, found the problem, and resolved our needs all before their original expected arrival time. Such a wonderful team and fantastic service. Quick, thorough, polite, honest, and all with a very comprehensive and educational explanation of our system and current problem. I can't thank them enough for everything they do!
They came in under our previous estimate if we did all previously quoted repairs. But better yet they found that we truly only needed half the work done than what I'd been quoted from another service ... So, again they saved us hundreds over the other quote.

Our AC stopped working, turns out it had a leak. Nicholas gave us all our options and explained everything we had questions on. He didn't try to sell us on anything nor did he push any of his options. He gave us all the information he could give and let us decide. Due to the age of our unit we decided to get a new one installed. He originally came out on Wed and installed the new AC on Friday. Would definitely recommend this company and if we have issues in the future we will use them again.
